AR System Options Window (ARXSYSPA) Painted Inconsistently with Java Color Scheme (Doc ID 2461855.1)

When the "Java Color Scheme" profile option is set to "olive", the"Accounting" tab in "System Options" form is painted with olive color
whereas the other tabs are still painted with gray color.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Set Profile Option "Java Color Scheme" = Olive
2. Logout and login EBS
3. Open AR System Options window (Setup > System > System Options)

Accounting tab is painted with olive color. this is as per setup "Java Color Scheme" profile option.

Trans and Customer TAB is not painted. however, this should be painted with olive color.
